Evelyn Cardoza
Evelyn’s perspective on real estate started long before she entered the industry. Growing up in Southern California, she helped her mother clean million-dollar homes, giving her an early view of ownership from a side of the market most people never see.
That experience stayed with her. It shaped the way she approaches real estate today: understand the person behind the move, their goals, their timing and what matters most to them.
As founder of ICONQ Realty, Evelyn leads with a straightforward approach—listen first, communicate clearly and build the strategy around the client.
