We collect information in two primary ways: information you choose to provide through our forms and contact channels, and limited website-usage and traffic-source information collected automatically through the analytics and attribution tools described below.

This website is built and hosted on Webflow. When you submit a form on this site, your submission is processed and stored by Webflow, Inc., our website platform provider, on our behalf, and is accessible to ICONQ. Webflow's own privacy practices are described at webflow.com/legal/privacy. Outside of Webflow's form-processing infrastructure, we do not currently share form submissions with any other third-party service, CRM, or marketing platform.
If you submit a financing or pre-qualification inquiry through the ICONQ Realty website, we may collect information such as your name, contact information, general purchase timeline, approximate purchase range and information you voluntarily provide about your home-buying goals.
The ICONQ Realty website is not intended to collect Social Security numbers, bank account information, credit reports or financial documentation required for a formal mortgage application. If you choose to proceed with a mortgage application, additional information may be collected through the applicable lender's secure application process and subject to that provider's privacy practices.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), implemented through Google Tag Manager, to help us understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, website interactions, browser and device information, traffic source or medium, and campaign parameters. We use this information to understand website performance and which channels generate inquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies as part of providing these analytics services. We also use a sitewide attribution script that reads campaign parameters and referring-source information. Certain attribution details, including the visitor’s traffic source and landing page, may be temporarily stored in browser session storage while the visitor moves through the site. If a visitor submits a form, this attribution information may be included with the submission so we can understand which channels generate inquiries. ICONQ Realty does not sell this information to third parties. We are not currently using the website for retargeting advertising. Webflow and Google may process information in connection with providing their respective website hosting, form-processing, tag-management and analytics services.
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the information below. If you are a California resident, you may also have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information has been collected about you and to request its deletion.
